Over 20 years ago, our first bamboo cutting boards were created from scraps of handmade furniture that we sold at street festivals. On a whim, we decided to bring them to an art show we were participating in. To our surprise, they sold out within minutes. Joanne turned to Tom and declared, "this is our new product," and thus, Totally Bamboo was born.
